Born in North Yorkshire, England and raised between England and Oman, Misha began his life as an inhabitant of two worlds. Spending his formative years shuffling between these two vastly different homes, ingrained in him a lifelong weirdness and appreciation for the unusual & wonderful, with music at the core of it.
Misha graduated with a BA Honours in Music Design from Bournemouth University. Following graduation, he decided to pursue his career in music in the United States. As well as being a multi-instrumentalist and performer, Misha collaborates with creatives and filmmakers to produce musical landscapes that are both character driven and emotionally charged, bringing life and warmth to every project.
Based in lively Austin, Texas, Misha hopes to make his ever-growing recording studio stand as a place of sonic exploration and innovation. While he thrives on recording diverse musical genres and collaborating with artists from all walks, he has a particular affinity for the timeless, rich, authentic tones of the 1960s and 1970s.
